Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in loss of commission rights and future service refusal.

Any personal modification beyond small adjustments requires explicit permission.

NDA can be discussed, no fees requirement.

Commercial use is x 50% of the commissioned artworks.

Any artwork may not be used for NFTs, blockchain-related projects, or AI training.

Proper credit is required when posting the artwork publicly.

I reserve the right to accept or decline any commission for any reason.

Full payment is required before work begins. Payments are non-refundable unless discussed. Any refund will result in minor commission ban.

Minor revisions are allowed.

Major revisions are not included and may require an additional fee.

All my commissions are skeb-like, It's non-communicative; please fill out your needs before requesting.

Do not delete the profile on toyhouse, recreating a new profile requires full proof of ownership beforehand.

Do not trade any of my designs to anyone without a toyhouse!

Redesign is okay.

Arts offer must be done within 3 months unless discussed.

Payment hold is done within 2 weeks only.

Payment plan for adoptable with the cost over $100 only and must be discussed first.

3-Way is okay, please state to me first hand.

Selling a character over the base value without any additional ( personal or commissioned ) artworks is prohibited.

Anyone caught or reported on disobeying my term of service while owning my commission or design will be blacklisted.

I will blacklist anyone who unable to finish any owed art within 6 months with no updates or reason. If you're unable to finish it, please communicate and I'll cancel the trade.
